FOOD BANK IN LAVAL
Thanks to Moisson Laval, we offer a weekly food distribution service which operates in the basement of Holy Cross Church in Laval, organised and run mostly by volunteers. Food is distributed to marginalised and lower income individuals and families of all origins and ages on a weekly basis, every Thursday morning. Many of our referrals come from the CLSCs.

FOOD BANK IN MONTREAL
Thanks to Moisson Montréal, we have been offering a weekly food distribution service since the spring of 2004. Our food bank functions mostly with the help of volunteers. It is situated in Parc-Extension, at 419 Saint Roch, Montreal – room SS24 (basement). Food is distributed to marginalised and lower income individuals and families of all origins and ages on a weekly basis, every Wednesday between 10:00 -12:00.

REGISTRATION PROCESS:
contact us for an appointment with the following documents at hand:
i. Appartment Rental or attestation of rent paid
ii. Proof of revenue (monthly revenue, proof of social assistance, pay stub etc.)
iii. Most recent income tax return and notice of assessment
iv. Utility bill such as a phone or electricity
v. Proof of number of dependants (children) including each one of their Medicare cards (RAMQ).

REGISTRATION FEES: (Note: fees are subject to change from year to year)
Each time the food bank is used, a small fee is required to receive plentiful amounts of healthy food.
