Our attentive and professional staff at HSSQ are available to listen to your concerns. Whether you need to contact the City for a recurring problem, are looking for a tutor for your child, seeking placement for an elderly loved one, need information or moral support to get yourselves back on track, if you are finding it difficult to make ends meet, if you are a new comer to Quebec and need help integrating or would like to meet others who are in a similar situation, if you would like to participate in a course, or speak to us about something that is bothering you, whether you are young or senior, we can help you. If we cannot help you, we will refer you to a service that can.
Call us to register as a member. We will keep your contact information and do an intake where we keep notes on your visit in order to help with follow up and to inform you of future activities that may be of interest to you. The first meeting must be done at the office, follow up consultations can be done by phone.
