As defined in the HCGM By-Laws:
- The Community Annual General Meeting shall be held in each year on the date and day and at the time and place within the territory of the Community determined by resolution of the Board of Directors in order to receive and consider the financial statements and the report of the auditor(s), to appoint the Auditor(s) of the Community, and to consider, deal with, and dispose of, any business that may properly come before such Community Annual General Meeting. The said Community Annual General Meeting shall be held no later than three (3) months following the end of the fiscal year of the Community.
- Any Community Annual General Meeting may also constitute a Community Special General Meeting to consider, deal with, and dispose of, any business as may properly come before such Community Special General Meeting.
