Our priorities for each fiscal year are identified on an annual basis by the Director and employees and approved by the HSSQ Board of Directors and subsequently adopted at the Annual General Assembly.  The process usually starts in February. These priorities are outlined in our Annual Strategic Plan.  In this plan, we have specified 10 orientations and identified the objectives for each orientation, in order to insure that:

  1.  NATURAL CAREGIVERS OF THE ELDERLY ARE SUPPORTED IN THEIR ROLE
  2.  THE ELDERLY ARE APPROPRIATELY SUPPORTED
  3.  THE DISADVANTAGED AND INDIVIDUALS LIVING WITH LOW INCOME ARE PROVIDED WITH SUPPORT
  4.  NEWLY ARRIVED IMMIGRANTS ARE APPROPRIATELY GUIDED
  5.  STUDENTS OF SOCRATES-DEMOSTHENES AND STUDENTS OF SUPPLEMENTARY EDUCATION ARE SUPPORTED ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS
  6.  EMPLOYEES AND VOLUNTEERS ARE SUPPORTED IN THEIR ROLE
  7.  A QUALITY OF SERVICE IS OFFERED TO CLIENTS
  8.  A HEALTHY FINANCIAL STATUS IS MAINTAINED FOR HSSQ
  9.  A QUALITY GOVERNANCE IS MAINTAINED
  10. HSSQ HAS THE NECESSARY VISIBILITY AND PROMOTION REQUIRED
