Job description
Part-time, temporary – to begin immediately
Schedule
Part-time (10 hrs/week), On call
The selected candidate will have the responsibility to lead, develop and institute the quality and compliance program for the entire Organization
Operational Management
Establish and put in place an action plan, as well as the Organization’s policies and procedures, in concert with the other Board of Directors’ management committees
Put in place operational procedures and maintain their application
Ensure that policies and procedures in effect in the Organization are respected
Manage all unforeseen and difficult situations, on top of putting in place emergency
measures, and seeing to their application at all times
All other related tasks
Assisting management in finances and human resources
Close collaboration with the finance management and human resources departments
Define the requirements in personnel matters to ensure proper operational management and
efficient programs
Supervise the introduction of policies, procedures and practices
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Administration, Law or other related fields
Member of a Professional Order
Minimum 10 years experience in a corporate or organizational environment
Minimum 5 years experience in upper management at a corporate level, with direct report
employees
Necessary knowledge and skills
Demonstrated experience of executive leadership managing a team and strategic resolution
of problems and conflicts
Demonstrated presentation skills, a business sense and good technical knowledge
Perfectly trilingual: Consistently communicating in French, English, with an advanced
knowledge of Greek
