You can be a volunteer at any age!

Volunteers are vital to our service, they offer thousands of hours of their time to our members and employees of HSSQ in the following ways:  Office assistance, translation of documents, doing research for grants, making friendly calls to seniors who are living alone, answering the telephone at reception, grocery shopping for elderly with mobility problems during the winter, helping seniors with form filling and explaining correspondence, visiting elderly who are hospitalised, accompanying elderly to their medical appointments, helping to supervise and coach the elderly during various activities, such as computer courses, assisting in outings and parties.  Collecting and wrapping gifts for the HSSQ Christmas food and toy drive and for the HSSQ-HCGM President’s Christmas day luncheon and toy drive, as the students of “Socrates-Démosthène” school do.
