Coffee and Chat

Coffee and Chat is a social gathering between our seniors following our Exercise and Wellness class, where they have the chance to drink their coffee, and chat with friends. Coffee and snacks are supplied by the SSHQ, all you need to bring is yourself. Join us, come make new friends and have a great time together.

We currently have two locations, one in Montreal and one in Laval.
