Lottery 2017 – HCGM Fundraising Committee

The annual lottery event of the HCGM Fundraising Committee took place on May 28, 2017 at the Hellenic Community Centre Adrian Maris.

There were three prize categories of $5,000, $1,000 and $500, plus the grand prize of $20,000. This year’s lucky ticket was number #1299. You can see the list with all the winners below.

Honorary President of the event was Reverend Father Panagiotis Sallatelis. Among the speakers of the event were, Tassos Xypolitakis, FRC President, Paris Petrou, Taste & Tradition President, John Theododopoulos, Hellenic Congress of Quebec President, Mary Deros, Deputy-Mayor of Montreal, Dr. Jacques Bouchard, Director of the Centre of Modern Greek Studies at the Université de Montréal and Nicholas Pagonis, HCGM President.

The associations who participated in the “Taste & Tradition 2017” event were honoured for their support with a plaque.

Of the 2000 lottery tickets printed, 1379 were sold.
