How to Claim Your Prize

  • By going to the HCGM headquarters (Marketing Department) during working hours (9am-4:45pm) with the original winning ticket. (Keep a photocopy of the winning ticket for your records).
  • Presenting two identification documents (driver’s license, health insurance card or passport, etc.). (The HCGM Marketing Department) will keep a photocopy of the two identification documents as requested by the Quebec Government).
  • Filling in and signing a document (stating that you are the sole holder of the lottery ticket and that all the information you have provided is accurate).
  • In case the winner does not contact HCGM (Marketing Department) to claim their prize within 10 business days after the drawing, a new drawing will be held after the service at the Church of the Annunciation of the Virgin Mary (Evangelismos Tis Theotokou) on October 15, 2023. The new winning number will be announced the next day, October 16, 2023, on the HCGM’s website and social media as well as on the Greek Newspapers.
